摘要
为给临床治疗病毒性心肌炎提供依据,采用中性红分光光度比色法和荧光光度比色法观察不同浓度牛磺酸对正常小鼠心肌细胞和柯萨奇病毒B3感染后小鼠心肌细胞的保护作用。结果,不同浓度的牛磺酸对正常心肌细胞及受柯萨奇病毒B感染后的心肌的保护作用不同,加10、40、80mM牛磺酸后使心脏细胞生存率上升;而加160、320mM牛磺酸使细胞生存率下降。柯萨奇病毒B3感染心肌细胞后,加10、40、80mM牛磺酸使细胞死亡率下降;40mM牛磺酸使正常及柯萨奇病毒B3感染后心肌细胞内丙二醛含量下降。提示,牛磺酸可以保护受柯萨奇病毒B感染的心肌细胞,其机制之一是清除细胞内的脂质过氧化物。
To provide the basis for taurine therapy for viral myocarditis, the authors studied protective effect of taurine in various concentrations on cultured normal murine cardiac muscle cells and those infected by coxsackievirus B 3 (CVB 3) by using neutral red colorimetry. The results showed that the survival rates of cardiac muscle cells increased when cultured in 10, 40 and 80 mM taurine fluids and the death rate of cardiac muscle cells infected by CVB 3 decreased when cultured in 10, 40 and 80 mM taurine fluids. However, the survival rates decreased in normal cardiac muscle cells cultured in 160 and 320 mM taurine fluids. The malondialdehyde concentrations in normal myocardial cells and cells infected by CVB 3 decreased when 40mM taurine was added. The results of this study suggested that taurine could protect cardiac muscle cells through getting rid of the free redicals in the cells.
