摘要
氟是地球上广泛存在的元素,作为机体生命活动必需的微量元素,具有多方面的生理作用。近年来,国内外学者对氟及其化合物的生殖毒性作用进行了大量的研究,随着职业暴露人群的不断增加,氟及其化合物的遗传毒性及对子代健康的影响也日益成为氟研究领域的普遍关注的热点问题。本文对此进行简要的综述。
Fluoride exits widely on earth as the essential microelement of the life, it has versatile physiological functions. Recently, domestic and foreign scholar carry out a lot of researches for the reproduction toxicity of the fluoride and its compound, along with the increasing occupational exposed population group, the inherent toxicity and the influence of fluoride and its compound on the offspring health are hot problems in this field. This text briefly summarizes.
