摘要
从酰腙类Schiff碱化合物(配体)的合成、类型以及酰腙类化合物金属配合物的合成、结构、性质等方面的研究进行了综述。结果表明:酰腙类Schiff碱化合物是一类具有较好生物活性的药物配体,其配合物在无机药物及功能材料等方面具有潜在的应用前景。
The progress on the synthesis and kinds of acylhydrazones schiff base （ligand）, the synthesis and structure of acylhydrazone metal complexes and their pharmaceutical activity and so on are reviewed. The results indicate that acylhydrazones schiff base compounds are a type of pharmaceutical ligands with good biological activity, and its metal complexes have potential implication in inorganic drug and function material areas.
