摘要
海葵神经毒素是一类能特异作用于神经和肌肉可兴奋细胞膜上的关键靶位即神经受体或离子通道,从而影响生物生理功能的多肽类毒素。本文综述了海葵神经毒素对神经系统、心血管系统上离子通道作用机理及药物治疗活性研究的进展,以期对海葵神经毒素在药物开发中的应用有所启迪。
Sea anemone neurotoxins are a series of polypeptide toxins which can specific interact with ion channels or neuroreeeptors on the crucial target of the excitable cell, such as neural tissues and cardiac muscle cells, and have effect on physiology function. In this paper, the recently studies on the mechanism of effect on ion channels and the drug treatment on the neural tissues the Cardiovascular System with the sea anemone neurotoxins are reviewed. It would give some enlightenment to the research on application of the sea anemone neurotoxins.
