摘要
为了简单高效地实现大长度直线度测量精度,在分析了张丝法的基础上,提出了双丝基准原理,并研究了图像测量方法,即用双丝图像法测量直线度。该方法用双丝间的距离差将悬垂线修正为可利用的基准直线,不需要确定丝的悬垂量,而且对双丝图象进行自动检测,算法简单、快速,测量精度可达亚像素级。实验结果表明,双丝基准能满足工程实际需要,实验系统能实现铅垂面上的直线度测量,测量重复性标准差优于3μm。
In order to realize the long distance straightness measurement precision in simple ana high-efficient way, the principle of double-wire datum is suggested on the basis of analyzing taut wire method, and also, the image measurement method is studied, i.e. the double-wire image method is used to measure the straightness. This method uses the distance difference between the double wires to revise the sag line as the usable straight line datum without determining the wire sag; and the double-wire image can be automatically detected. As a result, this method is simple and fast with the measurement precision reaching sub-pixel resolusion. The experiment results indicate that the double-wire datum can satisfy the engineering practical needs and that the designed experiment system can measure vertical straightness with repeatability standard deviation less than 3 μm.
