摘要
走职业化道路是公务员发展的必然途径,真正把公务员拉上职业化轨道的,是国家公务员制度在各国的相继确立。通过完善公务员更新机制、培训机制、激励机制,健全职业发展机制,全力引导和推动公务员走职业化发展道路,以获得自身的不断完善。
Professional road is an inevitable approach to the development of civil servant. It is the successive establishment of the system of public service in every country that literally elevates civil servants to the orbit of professionalism. Based on improving the updating mechanism, training mechanism, incentive mechanism and perfecting career development mechanism for civil servants, the system of public service bears every effort to lead and promote civil servants to the developmental road of professionalism.
