摘要
选用华北地区的44个花生品种为试材,在缺铁的石灰性土壤上,研究了缺铁和施铁条件下各品种在苗期的生长状况及耐低铁能力。结果表明,石灰性土壤上花生的耐低铁能力存在显著的基因型差异;在两种处理条件下,新叶的叶绿素值、活性铁等指标均表现出明显的品种间差异,各项指标的变异系数在7.89%~39.82%之间。与施铁处理相比,低铁胁迫下各品种的生物量、新叶叶绿素值、活性铁含量均不同程度的降低。相关分析表明,活性铁含量可作为耐低铁花生品种的筛选指标。以相对生物量、相对叶绿素值、相对活性铁三者之和作为耐低铁指数,初步筛选出8个耐低铁品种和4个铁敏感品种。
44 peanut varieties from North China and low-iron (Fe) calcareous soil were used in this re- search. Their seedling growth and resistance to iron deficiency were studied under Fe- deficiency and Fe-supply treatments. The results showed that there were significant differences in resistance to iron-deficiency chlorosis among the 44 varieties tested, these two treatment resulted significant variation among varieties in SPAD value and active Fe content. The variation coefficient of the four parameters varied from 7.89% to 39.82%. Compared with Fe -supply treatment, biomass, SPAD and active Fe content in new leaves of 44 varieties decreased significantly under iron-stress. Active Fe was a better indicator for screening Fe-efficient peanut varieties. The index of resistnace to iron-deficiency (R) was defined as the sum of relative biomass, relative SPAD and relative active Fe. According to the R value, 44 varieties were divided into four groups, and the tolerance level to iron deficienty increased from the first group to the fourth group. Eight varieties tolerant to low iron and four iron-responsive varieties were found in present research.
