摘要
目的观察评价针刺配合月经周期穴位埋线对产后肥胖症的客观疗效。方法采用体针同时配合月经周期穴位埋线方法治疗产后肥胖症36例。观察治疗前后体重、体重指数(BMI)及腰围(WC)、臀围(HC)、腰臀比(WHR)等指标的变化情况。结果临床总有效率88.89%,体重、BMI、WC、WHR、BMI均有显著降低(P<0.01)。结论针刺配合月经周期穴位埋线对产后肥胖症具有较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the objuective efficacy of acupuncture plus menstrual point catgut embedding for treating postpartum obesity.Methods Thirty-six patients with postpartum obesity were treated by acupuncture plus menstrual cycle catgut embedding.Changes in body mass index（BMI）,waist circumference（WC）,hip circumference（HC）and weight-hip ratio（WHR）were observed after treatment.Results The clinical total efficacy rate was 88.89%.All body weight,BMI,WC,HC and WHR decreased significantly（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus menstrual point catgut embedding has a good curative effect on postpartum obesity.
