摘要
研究了三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)炭黑混炼胶经偶联剂Si-69原位改性前后与天然橡胶(NR)共混胶的性能。结果表明,在EPDM炭黑混炼胶的原位改性过程中,Si-69在与炭黑表面作用的同时会与EPDM发生活性反应。这不仅增大了EPDM与炭黑间的亲和力,而且使EPDM的硫化反应活性增强,从而改善了共混硫化胶的物理机械性能。动态力学性能测试和扫描电子显微镜观察结果均表明,改性后的EPDM炭黑混炼胶与NR的硫化相容性增强。
The properties of natural rubber( NR)/ ethylene-proplylene-diene rubber ( EPDM ) blends and NR/EPDM modified by Si-69 blends were studied. The results showed that the active reaction between coupling agent and carbon black resulted in an increase of the bound rubber content, in addition, the covulcanization of NR/EPDM blends were improved by the active reaction between coupling agent and EPDM, and these resulted in a substantial increase of the tensile strength. The results of dynamic mechanical and morphological studies of the NR/ EPDM blend vulcanizates showed that the covulcanization of NR and EPDM blends was improved.
