摘要
针对黄河泥沙碟式分离机结构设计,分析了转鼓壁离心应力产生的原因;利用ANSYS软件对分离机转鼓结构进行动力学建模和有限元分析,以满足转鼓强度、刚度使用要求,为分离机转鼓结构改进提供了理论和技术依据.
Aimed at the structure optimization of disc separator,the leaving center stress reasons of the drum was analyzed.The dynamic model of the drum of water-mud separator was established and the finite element analysis was performed by using the software ANSYS.Especially,the strength and rigidity of the drum was analyzed.The theoretical and technical basis for the structural improvement of the drum of separator would be provided.
