摘要
针对袜品编织工艺及要求,提出了基于CPLD的针织袜机控制系统芯片设计方案.介绍了控制系统的总体结构、系统功能,详细讨论了采用现代数字系统设计技术对传动控制子系统ASIC设计,并进行了仿真和下载.下载结果表明,基于CPLD的针织袜机控制系统芯片具有工作稳定、在线修改方便的优势,可以满足产品二次开发的需求.达到了预期的目标,具有良好的应用前景.
According to the technics and requirements of knitting socks, this paper proposed a method to design ASIC of knitting Waji control system based on CPLD. The overall structure and function of the control system were introduced, the design and simulation of control subsystem were elaborated, download shows, This system takes full advantages of the operation stability and on-line programmable of the CPLD technology in both, can facilitate the realization of the demand for secondary development of products, achieved the expected results and has a good prospect for application.
