摘要
简述了太钢第二炼钢厂生产超低碳钢深脱硫的工艺特点,分析了超低碳钢生产中取得的脱硫效果,并针对RH生产过程中影响脱硫率的相关因素进行了分析,提出了脱硫目前存在的主要问题及其解决措施。
The characteristics of desulphuration process for the ultra low carbon steel in Tisco No. 2 Steel Making Plant is briefly described. The desulphuration effect and correlation factors during the production of the ultra-low-carbon steel in RH is analyzed,and the main problems and it＇ s solving measures to the desuiphuration process are put forward.
