摘要
采用微波辐射加热合成了CoFe2O4纳米粉体,并与水热法合成产物进行了适当的比较,结果表明前者可以大大降低反应的时间.通过X射线衍射、红外光谱、SEM电镜、EDS元素分析、TG-DSC测试了CoFe2O4粉体的晶相组成、结构和微观形貌.
CoFe2O4 nano-powder was synthesized by microwave irradiation, and it was compared with hydrothermal synthesis. The result showed that the former method could reduce reaction time greatly. The crystal formation, structure and morphology of CoFe2O4 powder were characterized by XRD, IR, SEM, EDS, TG-DSC.
