摘要
目的:探讨CIDE基因家族与脂肪肉瘤的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测30例正常脂肪组织、20例脂肪瘤和21例脂肪肉瘤组织中CIDEA、CIDEB和CIDE3的表达情况。结果:CIDEA和CIDE3在30例正常脂肪组织、20例脂肪瘤和8例高分化脂肪肉瘤中均高表达,在2例去分化、6例黏液型及5例多形型脂肪肉瘤中,仅在成熟的脂肪细胞或有脂母细胞分化的细胞中表达,而去分化的肿瘤细胞和基质细胞则不表达;且CIDEA和CIDE3的表达一致;CIDEB在所有正常脂肪组织、脂肪瘤及脂肪肉瘤中均呈阴性。结论:CIDEA和CIDE3均与脂肪细胞的分化密切相关,二者的表达缺失可能与脂肪肉瘤的发生和进展有关,但CIDEB与脂肪肉瘤的发生无明显关系。
Objective :To study the potential relation between CIDEs family gene and the genesis of liposarcomas. Methods: We examined the expression of CIDEs gene in 30 cases of normal adipose tissues, 20 cases of lipomas and 21 cases of liposarcomas, using immunohistochemistry. Results: The concomitant overexpression of CIDEA and CIDE3 were observed in all of 30 cases of normal adipocyte tissues, 20 cases of lipomas and 8 cases of well - differentiated liposarcomas ; In 2 cases of dedifferentiated, 6 cases of myxoid and 5 cases of pleomorphic liposarcomas, both of them were positive only in the lipoblast differentiated tumor cells whereas nonadipocyte differentiation cells and tumor stroma cells were negative. Exceptionally, the expression of CIDEB was negative in all of examined samples. Conclusion: CIDEA and CIDE3 gene, except of CIDEB, are related with the adipocyte differentiation and the expression loss of both of them may participate the development of liposarcoma.
