摘要
本文采用内容分析法,对中国500强企业的人才招聘信息进行抽样调查,定量分析比较,揭示出中国优秀企业在选人标准方面的差异与共性特征,同时对高校大学生的择业提出相应的对策建议。
By using the content analytical method, the authors of this article has conducted a sampte survey and quantitative analysis about the job information posted by the 500 leading enterprises in China. The authors aim at finding out the commons and differences of talent - selecting standards in such enterprises and try to offer the undergraduates constructive suggestions for job hunting.
