摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法,对河北省排球后备人才培养现状进行研究,并在此基础上提出河北省排球后备人才培养的对策。
This paper studied the status quo of volleyball reserve personnel training in Hebei province using documentation, expert talk and questionnaire survey; based on this, proposed some countermeasures.
