摘要
为较好地分析柔性抽油杆在井眼轨迹弯曲段工作时的受力状况,利用ADAMS软件对柔性抽油杆在井眼轨迹弯曲段往复工作1个冲程的全过程进行仿真,得到了各时段各个接触处的接触力及各杆段的轴向拉力。根据仿真结果中的接触情况,在柔性杆上添加了扶正器,进行第2次仿真,得到了相应的接触力和轴向力,并对添加扶正器前后柔性杆的受力情况进行了比较,说明扶正器有防止柔性抽油杆磨损的作用。此种分析方法和结果对柔性抽油杆的结构设计及柔性抽油杆的力学研究具有一定的指导意义。
For better analysis stress condition of the flexible pumping rod when it is working in the curve section of the well bole's trajectory, the software of ADAMS is used in this paper. By using it to analyze on dynamic simulation for a stroke process, the contact force on each contact faces and axial tensile force on each rod segments of all time segments have been found out. With this result of the contact condition, the centralizer is added to the flexible bumping rod, and then done the second dynamic simulation analysis. By that, contact force and axial tensile force are investigated. Compared with two cases, the conclusion that the centralizer has the function to pre-vent the attrition of the flexible pumping rod is obtained. This method has some guidance signifi-cance on structure design and mechanics research of the flexible pumping rod.
