摘要
目的探讨GE LightSpeed 16层螺旋CT的扫描参数螺距的选择对辐照剂量的影响。方法将电离室分别置于16cm水等效剂量体模的5个孔中,选用不同的螺距进行扫描并测量辐照剂量。结果在轴扫及螺距分别为0.562、0.938,1.75时,实测辐照剂量平均值分别等于(30.5、54.3、32.5,17.4)mGy。结论对于GE LightSpeed 16层螺旋CT,相同mAs条件下,辐照剂量与螺距倒数成正比关系。
Objective To discuss the affection of the selection of scanning parameter pitch on irradiation dose for GE Lightspeed 16 slice spiral CT. Method To place the ionization chamber in the holes 16cm of water equivalent dosage body modular and to adopt different pitches for scanning and measuring the irradiation dose. Result As ax scanning and pitch are 0.562,0.938 and 1.75 respectively,average values of actually measured irradiation doses equal to 30.5, 54.3, 32.5 and 17.4. Conclusion On the same condition, irradiation dose is proportional to pitch reciprocal for GE Lightspeed 16-slice helical CT.
