摘要
目的通过检索文献,获取密切相关文献,研究阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂的疗效与安全性。方法利用文献检索方法检索密切相关文献,再采用Rev Man4.2统计软件进行Meta分析研究。结果阿立哌唑、利培酮治疗精神分裂症均有较好的疗效,但二者的疗效无统计学差异。阿立哌唑组的不良反应少于利培酮组。结论2种药物的疗效相似,但阿立哌唑的不良反应较少,在临床应用仍需重视不良反应。
Objective Through literature retrieval, obtain intimately related literature, and study the therapeutic effect and safety of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Use literature retrieval to index related literature, with Rev Man 4. 2 statistical software conducting Meta analysis. Results The drugs of aripiprazole and risperidone have good therapeutic effects, but there is no statistical significance between the effect of these two remedy. The adverse effect of aripiprazole is less than risperidone. Conclusions Both of the drugs have similar therapeutic effect, but aripiprazole has less adverse effect. The adverse effect of the aripiprazole should be highly considerate.
