摘要 目的:建立保健食品中α-硫辛酸的HPLC测定方法。方法:选择HPLC法测定α-硫辛酸的理想色谱条件,并测定保健食品中α-硫辛酸的含量及加标回收率,作方法学论证。结果:α-硫辛酸在4.66~466.40μg/ml的范围内,线性良好,线性方程Y=6e-05X-5.203,r^2=0.9994。最低检出浓度为0.1 mg/g;当样品添加浓度为0.47~3.50 mg/g时,方法回收率为91.5%~108.5%。结论:以HPLC法测定保健食品中的α-硫辛酸,操作简便、定量准确可靠。 Objective:To establish a HPLC method for quantitation of α -Lipoic acid in health food. Methods:Select the best chromatograph conditions to determine the concentration of α- Lipoic acid in health food and the added standard recoveries of it. Then do the HPLC methodology demonstration using the selected chromatograph conditions. Results:This HPLC method exhibited a linear relation within 4. 66 - 466.40 p,g,/ml α - lipoic acid content. The regression equation was Y = 6e - 05X - 5. 203 ( r^2 = 0. 9994) and the minimum detectable limit of this method was 0. 1 mg/g. Furthermore, the recoveries of α - Lipoic acid were 91.5% - 108. 5% while the contents of added standard were 0.47 - 3. 50 mg/g. Conclusion:This is a simple, accurate and reliable HPLC method for determination of α - Lipoic acid.
