摘要
基于粒子群优化算法(PSO),提出一种求解含动态电压安全约束的预防控制新方法。文中考虑的含动态电压安全约束的预防控制问题是指,通过优化发电机出力分配、机端电压以及有载调压变压器分接头改善一个可信故障下的电力系统动态电压安全性。该预防控制问题不仅考虑了负荷的动态特性,而且给出了一个启发式的性能指标,即负荷母线电压偏差的积分型指标。所提出的新方法可以处理多种不同的控制类型,既可以考虑连续型控制变量,又可以考虑离散型控制变量,算法具有良好的收敛性,并可获取高质量的最优解。在Nordic 32测试系统进行的仿真验证了所述新方法的有效性。
A particle swarm optimization (PSO) technique based novel approach for solving the dynamic voltage security constrained preventive control problem is proposed. Dynamic voltage security considered preventive control is to optimize generation rescheduling, generator terminal voltage and the setting of on-load tap changer (OLTC) to maintain voltage security with respect to single credible system contingency. In this method, in addition to the consideration of load dynamics, a heuristic integration index of the voltage deviations of selected load buses is used as the voltage stability performance index. This novel approach can handle different types of control variables, as well as forms of variables, either discrete or continuous. The proposed PSO-based approach is able to converge satisfactorily with high quality solutions. Simulation results using the Nordic 32 test system show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
