牛蒡是一种含有丰富营养成分的食疗保健蔬菜,具有很高的营养价值及药用价值。牛蒡在食品工业、烹饪和中药中被广泛的加工和利用,用于生产牛蒡茶、牛蒡酱等系列产品;用于烹制美味佳肴;还用于治疗多种疾病。牛蒡具有广阔的应用和开发前景。
Burdock, a kind of health-care vegetable, contains plenty of nourishments and has considerable nutritional and medicinal value. It has a broad utilization in food industry, cooking and traditional Chinese medicine manufacturing, such as burdock tea and burdock catsup. Therefore, there is a hopeful prospect for the application and exploration of burdock products.
