摘要
由于相间功率控制器(Interphase Power Controller,IPC)在电力系统潮流控制中的过电压问题应用,基于IPC的基本结构,研究了IPC的过电压问题。建立正常、扰动情况下IPC端口、电容及电感承受的电压与IPC结构参数、运行参数之间的关系表达式,得出当IPC始端电压超前末端电压,在增大有功功率的同时,IPC将向网络提供较大的感性无功功率,使IPC端口出现过电压的危险;并且IPC两条并联支路的移相角越大,电容器、电感器上过电压越严重;当IPC末端断线,将出现严重的谐振过电压。在此基础上提出了并联可控电抗器(Thyristor Con-trol Resistor,TCR)于IPC的出口处,动态调节IPC注入网络中的无功功率以控制节点电压的方法。算例表明通过TCR与IPC的协调,可以有效地控制电网的潮流分布,抑制过电压水平。
The problem of overvohage in interphase power controller is the predominate reason to restrain its application. Based on the basic structure of the interphase power controller, the overvohage of IPC is studied. The relationship between the voltage of IPC port, the capacitor, inductor and operation, .structure parameters are analyzed under the normal condition and the disturbance. When δ is less than zero, the overvoltage of IPC port occurs, and the larger of phase angle shift is, the higher voltage of capacitor and inductor is. The resonance overvohage of capacitor and inductor may occur when tie-line is cut. The coordination of IPC and thyristor control resistor-TCR is put forward to restrain overvohage, and to regulate dynamically reactive power injecting into the AC interconnected power network. The results show that it is effective to control reasonably active power, and to depress availably the level of over voltage.
