Experience with intensive management in Anyang Steel is explored from four aspects, which are to tidy up thinking of development, work out scientific plans; rely on advanced technology,optimizing process construction (organize production rationally,seek high efficiency and benefit and take people as the foundation and institute centralized and consistent management.
