摘要
以D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠和自然衰老模型小鼠为试验对象,以植酸为受试物,通过检测小鼠体重、血清中的丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和脑组织中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力,研究植酸的抗氧化活性。结果表明,植酸在灌胃四周的时间内,对小鼠的体重没有明显影响(P>0.05);可极明显降低衰老模型小鼠血清MDA含量(P<0.01),极显著升高衰老模型小鼠血清中SOD活力,低剂量植酸可显著升高小鼠脑组织中GSH-PX活性(P<0.05)。试验结果显示植酸在体内具有显著的延缓衰老和抗氧化作用。
Taking the mouse aging model induced by D- galactose and natural mouse aging model as test objects, and using mice body weight, MDA concentration and SOD activity in mouse serum, and the GSH- PX activity in cerebrum as determine indexes, the antioxidation activity of phytic acid was investigated. Results show that phytic acid significantly reduces the MDA concentration (P 〈 0.01 ), significantly increases the SOD activity in serum (P 〈 0.01 ) and the GSH- PX activity in cerebrum ( P 〈 0.05 ), while it does not affect the body weight ( P 〉 0.05) in the four weeks of experiment. The conclusion is that phytic acid possesses significant effect of anti - aging and antioxidation in vivo.
