摘要
首先概述了一种大型灭磁开关的安装结构设计方案,该方案具有安装简单方便、易加工等特点,因而具有较高的可行性。其次着重对柜内承受开关重力和动作力的立柱,进行了全面的受力分析和强度计算,通过计算可知立柱能满足所需的强度要求,从而在理论上得到了可行性验证,理论和实践都证明该方案具有良好的使用性能,为今后在机柜内安装类似的大型部件提供了经验。
In this paper it was introduced the installation method of a large contactor, which is convenient to install and manufacture, therefore could meet the practicable demand. For posts supporting the contactor,their stress and intension were analyzed in detail. The analysis results proved the posts could meet the demand of intension. The simulation analysis and its usage in practice all verified the feasibility of this method. This method provided reference for solving the problem of installing similar large part in cabinet.
