摘要
文章为室外密封插箱的研制总结。通过对插箱的布局及构成、热设计、密封和电磁兼容性设计和防腐蚀设计等关键技术的综合规划,解决了电子产品插箱在户外复杂环境中正常使用问题,达到了较高技术指标要求。室外密封插箱的研制成功将有助于装备在各种恶劣环境下实现战时机动性,提高生存能力。
The paper summarized the mechanical design of a radar's outdoor sealed chassis. It were taken into account some key technologies synthetically, including mechanical layout, thermal design, sealed design, electromagnetic compatibility, anti-corrosion methods, and so on. By optimizing all of the complications mentioned above, we accomplished the target to ensure that radar's electronic equipments in the sealed chassis be able to work normally in complex outdoor environment, and chassis' performance achieved a better technical level. The success of this chassis is very helpful to improve equipment's flexibility and viability in different bad environment.
