摘要
提出了一种基于旋转变压器-数字转换器AD2S83的角位移测量模块的设计原理及实现方法。该模块以旋转变压器作角位移传感器,利用AD2S83对旋转变压器输出的正余弦信号进行解算,主控单元则采用了TI公司生产的DSPTMS320LF2407A,时钟频率40MHz,可以实现对角位移信号的实时测量。
This paper explores a design principle and realization method of an angular displacement measurement module based on resolver-converter AD2S83. We use AD2S83 to change sine-cosine signal outputted by resolver into digital signal, and use TMS320LF2407A as control unit which produced by TI company. Clock frequency of the control unit can achieve 40 MHz, so the module can realize real-time measuring for the signal of angular displacement.
