摘要
研究了电炉冶炼钛精矿的工艺,以及温度、配碳量、冶炼时间对钛精矿还原和 TiO_2在渣中富集的影响。结果表明,配碳量不超过理论还原所需碳量的4%,采用钛精矿压块,选择高温、高碱度和适当的冶炼时间,能取得较好的冶炼效果,且 TiO_2在渣中富集,渣中 TiO_2可达70%以上,有利于钛的综合利用。但由于渣量小,脱硫反应动力学差,脱硫效果不好。适当增加渣量,提高炉渣脱硫能力或与其它炉外脱硫手段相结合,电炉冶炼钛精矿的脱硫问题可得到解决。
The process of ironmaking with fine iron ore bearing titanium in electric furnace,and the influence of the temperature,the carbon content in the charge and the concentration of(TiO_2)in slag have been studied.Good effects can be obtained with pelletizing of fine iron ore bearing titanium,high temperature,high basicity,and suitable smelting period.(TiO_2)content in slag will be more than 70% for titanium comprehensive utilization.Desulpherization in secondary refining facilities must be performed to solve the problem of lower desulpherization efficiency of the slag with high content of(TiO_2)in electric arc furnace.
