摘要
理论及实验研究了金属橡胶材料吸声性能参数。由金属橡胶材料声学特性参数理论计算式,推导出金属橡胶材料吸声性能参数——声阻抗率和吸声系数的理论计算公式。实验研究了金属橡胶材料结构常数和压缩模量,并建立了结构常数、压缩模量与材料结构参数的关系式,结果表明:相同平均孔隙直径金属橡胶材料具有相同的结构常数值;在一般频率范围内,相同结构参数金属橡胶材料压缩模量近似为常量。通过金属橡胶材料吸声系数的实验测量和理论计算,理论结果与实验结果符合较好,验证了理论和实验研究方法的正确性。
The sound absorption performance of Metal Rubber materials was investigated theoretically and experimentally. The acoustic impedance rate and sound absorption coefficient were derived based on the formula of Metal Rubber material acoustic parameters. The relation of structure constant, compressive modulus and structural parameters was explored experimentally. The research results showed that the specimen of Metal Rubber with the same average porous diameter had the same structure constant. For Metal Rubber material with the same structural parameters, its compressive modulus was approximately constant in the certain frequency range. The comparison between the experimental and calculated results of the acoustic parameter of Metal Rubber showed that these two results matched to each other very well, which verified the theoretical and experimental methods.
