摘要
根据SMA本构关系理论、复合材料力学理论和经典材料力学理论,利用SMA的受限回复特性,建立预应变的SMA纤维复合材料板簧分析模型,导出板簧刚度数学式。通过理论分析和数值计算相结合的方法,讨论了温度的改变、SMA纤维含量、铺层方式等参数对结构刚度的影响。研究结果揭示了SMA纤维复合材料板簧刚度调节性能与温度、SMA纤维含量、铺层方式之间的规律。
According to SMA constitutive relation theory, composite materials mechanics theory, and the classical theory of mechanics of materials, pre-strain of SMA fiber composite leaf spring analysis model is estahleshed based on the restricted response characteristics of SMA. The mathematical formula of leaf spring stiffness is derived. Numerical calculation result reveals that temperature change. SMA fiber volume fraction, and overlay mode parameters will impact on stucture stiffness, and also the relationship of there influence factors in discussed.
