摘要
针对目前粽子行业所面临的阶段性生产能力不足的难题,从提高劳动生产率及减轻工人劳动强度和劳动损伤的目的出发,通过对粽子人工扎线工艺的分析和提高,创新性地提出了粽子自动化扎线工艺,在此基础上完成关键执行机构的构型、传动系统设计及运动协调设计,同时较为详细的介绍了自动化扎线工艺的实现过程。
Automated Zongzi binding machine not only can replace manual work and improve product quality but also can increase the productivity and production capacity. An innovative automatic binding process is put forward, which based on manual binding process and scheme comparison. And based on this new process, the conceptual design of automatic binding machine are designed, including actuating mechanisms design, transmission system design, work principle and circle design etc,
