摘要
以人为本,是科学发展观的本质和核心,也是新时期教育理念的核心,是推进高校思想政治教育创新的关键。高校思想政治教育,必须与时俱进,以人为本,把学生作为学校教育的价值主体、动力主体、权利主体和发展主体来培养,不断创新教育模式,拓展思想政治教育新途径,建设一支高素质的思想政治教育理论课教师队伍,推进高校思想政治教育的创新。
People-orientation is the essence and core of scientific concept of development. It＇s also the core of education conception in the new era and the key to boosting the ideological and political education. The ideological and political ducation in universities has to be advanced With the times and be people-oriented. The educators should regard the students as the value subject, motivation subject, rights subject and development subject. Thus it is quite essential to innovate the education system, expand the new methods of ideological and political education, cultivate the highly-qualified faulty of ideological and political educationg and push forward the innovation of the ideological and political education in universities.
