摘要
采用正交实验确定了硫酸甲醇体系脱毒菜籽饼粕的最佳工艺参数:硫酸∶甲醇∶水=4%∶90%∶6%(体积比)的混合液为脱毒体系,与菜籽饼粕的混合比为6∶1(mL/g),室温下浸提30min。在此基础上以静置淋洗脱毒方式对其在工业上的推广应用进行探讨。实验证明,以该脱毒方式脱毒,不仅节约了仪器和能源成本,还可减少后续工艺中中和饼粕的碱液用量。脱毒后饼粕中植酸去除率为91.2%,单宁去除率为83.1%,硫甙去除率为84.7%,异硫氢酸酯去除率为93.1%,口恶唑烷硫酮去除率为95.4%,符合饲料级要求。脱毒后饼粕营养成分含量均得到提高,可以代替豆饼或鱼粉用于配合饲料。
The optimum parameter to detoxify rapeseed meal are confirmed by orthogonal experiment as following : take the mixed solution of sulphuric acid (4 % ) and methyl alcohol (90%) and water (6%) as detoxification body, mix it with rapeseed meal in the ratio of 6: l(mL/g) for 30min. On the basis of above data extension application of optimum parameters are researched by immobile shower detoxification. The experiment results indicate that adopting the detoxification not only save the cost on apparatus and energy, but also reduce the quantity of alkali liquid for counteraction. After detoxified, the extracting rate of phytic acid, tannin, glucosinolate, isothiocyanate (1TC) and oxazolidine (OZT) are 91.2%, 83.1%, 84.7%, 93.1% and 95.4% respectively which attain feed level guideline entirely. The nutrition in detoxified rapeseed meal is increased, so it can replace bean cake or fish meal in formula feed.
