雄激素对小鼠前列腺细胞增殖凋亡及相关增殖因子的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨外源性雄激素对小鼠前列腺细胞增殖凋亡及部分相关生长因子表达的影响,了解雄激素在前列腺生长发育中的作用。方法对20例睾酮处理的,以及20例空白对照昆明种雄鼠前列腺标本,采用流式细胞术检测细胞增殖指数、凋亡率及表皮生长因子(EGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达水平。结果经雄激素处理后,小鼠前列腺细胞增殖指数明显升高(P<0.01),凋亡率明显降低(P<0.01),EGF标记率和表达水平显著升高(P<0.01),bFGF标记率和表达水平也明显升高(P<0.05)。结论雄激素可促进前列腺细胞增殖、凋亡的严重失衡以及促增生生长因子的高表达是导致小鼠前列腺增生的重要原因。
