摘要
将碱性工业废水输入工业锅炉湿法脱硫除尘系统,形成水膜与逆流而上的燃煤烟气充分接触,并与其中的SO2发生中和反应,生成Na2SO3和NaHSO3和水。此技术应用于某化工厂,SO2去除率为82%,除尘率为95%,用作脱硫剂的皂化废水经烟气中微小碳粒吸附,COD降低20-30%。
The technology is to input basic industrial waste waste to the wet desulphurization and dust palletizing system of industrial boiler,to form water film which fully contacts with coal fired gas that goes upstream and has neutralization reaction with SO 2 in it to make Na 2SO 3,NaHSO 3and H 2O.As this technology is applied to somefactories,the rate of dislodge SO 2 is 82%,dust pelletizing tare 95%.Absorbed by small carbon granules in thegas,saponated waste water,the desulfurizing agent,lowers COD 20-30%.
