摘要
目的了解北京市西城区社区卫生服务中心预防保健科工作人员人力资源现状,推进基层预防保健事业的发展,积极开展社区综合防治工作。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对北京市西城区7个社区卫生服务中心122名预防保健科工作人员进行调查。结果北京市西城区社区卫生服务人力资源结构不尽合理,预防保健科工作人员数量不足,不能满足当前预防保健工作的需要。年龄结构不合理,平均年龄为39岁,主要集中在50~60岁组和20~30岁组。性别差异较大,女性占绝大多数,学历和职称层次偏低,学历以大专为主,本科以上学历仅占19.67%,职称以初级职称为主,占全部工作人员的49.18%。结论北京市西城区预防保健工作人员需要进一步加强培训,调整结构配置,改善整体素质,完善社区卫生服务功能。
OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of human resources of preventive health care in community health service (CHS) in Xicheng District and to improve the quality of health care system. METHODS The 122 staffs in 7 community health service were investigated by questionnaire. RESULTS The structure of the human resources in the community health service was not reasonable, the skill-level of public health professionals was inadequate and the educational level was low. 50-60 and 20-30 years old health personnel were the mainstay of community health service and the average age was 39. It is imbalance obviously in the ratio of males to females as women take a great part. Only 19.67% staffs were record of graduate and 49.18% were primary professional title. CONCLUSIONS The quality and the structure of community health personnel need be improved more, and employment training need be strengthened.
