摘要
使用一个反应体积255L的UASB反应器,处理啤酒生产废水.向接种厌氧污泥中加入膨润土和非离子型聚丙烯酰胺,采用室温下间歇式进料,4周内形成稳定颗粒污泥床.COD负荷6kg/m3·d,COD去除率为90%.
Brewery wastewater was treated in the lab-UASB reactor which has a reaction volume of 255 L.By adding bentonite and polyacrylamide into the anaerobic seed sludge,stable granular sludge bed was obtained within 4 weeks with intermittent feed at room temperature (16~31℃).The COD loading rate was 6 kg/m3·d. The COD removal rate was 90%.The cooperation of bentonite and polyacrylamide was discussed in the paper. And the granulation process was studied by optical microscope and scanning electron micrographs.
