摘要
通过对河南省(两个生态类型区)2年3点55个玉米自交系18个数量性状的研究,分析了玉米自交系数量性状遗传距离以及聚类结果的稳定性。结果表明1)遗传距离D^2值在年份间的变化不大,但在不同生态条件下的变化较大。玉米自交系的遗传距离只有在生态条件相近的情况下才有应用价值。遗传距离的稳定性可以表述为:年份间>同一生态区>不同生态区。2)聚类结果受年份的影响较小,受生态环境的影响较大。聚类结果的稳定性也可以表示为:年份间>同一生态区>不同生态区。3)遗传距离以及聚类结果与自交系的血缘有一定的关系,但并不明显。因此,利用D^2值以及聚类结果选配亲本有一定的局限性。
18 quantitative characters of 55 inbred lines of maize through twoyears over three locations were studied for the stability of genetic distance andcluster results.The genetic distance D^2 value changes little in two years atthe same location,but great in different ecological conditions.The geneticdistance of inbred lines can be used in crop breeding only under the similarecological conditions.The stability of genetic distance shows:inter—year>same ecological region>different ecological region,so does the stability of clu-(?)esults.Genetic distance and cluster results have something to do with the(?)guinity of inbred lines,but the relation is not significant.So conside-ring parents for crossing,the use of D^2 value and cluster results is limited.
