摘要
在首都医科大学第二临床医学院2001级,2002级七年制内科学课间实习教学中,制定考核评分指标,全程持续动态考核评估,客观地评估学生的学习态度、综合能力及临床知识与临床技能,并设立对照组,对两组学生参加首医大理论统考成绩及“五站”式技能统考成绩比较分析,实验组学生在查体与辅助检查方面的得分均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义。在提高学生实践技能方面取得显著成效。
A new continual dynamic grading system for the whole-process of internal medical teaching was evaluated during between-course clinical practice of seven-year medical students (year 2001 and 2002 of the Second School of Clinical Medicine, Capital Medical University). It involved objective evaluation of the medical students' attitude toward learning, comprehensive ability as well as clinical knowledge and skills. A control group was set; a comparison was made between the general knowledge examination results and five-station skill examination results of the students in the two groups. The scores of physical diagnosis laboratory test and radiographic examination were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group. The new grading system is helpful in promoting medical students' clinical skills.
