分散剂对水性导静电防腐蚀涂层性能的影响

摘要 为了对比5种分散剂在自制的水性导静电防腐蚀涂料体系中的分散效果,研究了分散剂种类及用量对涂料贮存稳定性、涂层表面电阻率以及耐酸性(5%H2SO4溶液)、耐碱性(5%NaOH溶液)、耐盐水性(5%NaCl溶液)、耐溶剂性、耐油性、耐盐雾性等性能的影响,采用扫描电镜对导电颜料和涂层断面进行了观察。结果表明:聚羧酸钠盐分散剂C的分散效果最佳,其最佳用量为0.60%(占涂料总固含的质量分数),此时涂料体系黏度为3200mPa.s,50℃下加速储存60d不分层,涂层表面电阻率为1.56×106Ω,耐酸性可达60d,耐碱性、耐盐水性、耐溶剂性及耐油性均可达110d,耐盐雾性可达1000h。 The dispersion behavior of 5 kinds of dispersants in waterborne antistatic and anticorrosive paints made at lab was investigated.The effects of the type and dosage of the dispersants on the performances such as storage stability,surface resistivity,acid resistance(5% H2SO4 solution),alkali resistance(5% NaOH solution),salt solution resistance(5% NaCl solution),solvent resistance,oil resistance,and salt spray resistance of the waterborne antistatic and anticorrosive paints were studied.The morphologies of the conductive pigments and cross-section of the coating were observed using a scanning electron microscope.Results showed that sodium polycarboxylate dispersant had the best dispersion effect and its optimal dosage was 0.6%(mass fraction with respect to total solid content of the coating).In the presence of sodium polycarboxylate dispersant at an optimal dosage,the paint had a viscosity of 3 200 MPa·s and was not settled when stored at 50 ℃ for 60 d.And it has a surface resistivity of 1.56×106 Ω,acid resistance of 60 d,alkali resistance,salt solution resistance,solvent resistance,and oil resistance of 110 d,and salt spray resistance of 1 000 h.
