摘要
当水中镉离子浓度为32mg/L、64mg/L时,肝胰脏、肾脏和鳃的谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性显著降低,而过氧化氢酶(Catalase)活性则显著升高,对鲫鱼心脏3种酶活性的影响不明显。体外试验表明,锅能直接抑制GPT、GOT的活性,而对Catalase活性不产生直接影响。
Acute toxicity experiment of Cadmium on C. auratus were carried out at three concentrations (16, 32 and 64 mg/L). When Cd2+ concentration are 32 and 64 mg/L, the GPT and GOT activities of hepatopaucrees, nephreetomy and gill decreased significantly and the cataIase activities increased significantly. But the GPT,GOT and catalase activites of heart did not obviously change at three Cd2+ concentrations. The field test showed that Cd2+ could inhibit the GPT and GOT activities directly and could not affect the catalase activities directly.
