摘要
介绍了用于测量光散射数据的宽谱全向反射计,并提出一种宽谱双向反射分布函数(BRDF)的测量方法.该仪器使用一个宽谱白光光源、一个包含衍射光栅及二极管线阵的宽谱探测器,通过相对测量的方法获得了400~700nm的BRDF数据.完成的宽谱全向反射计能够同时实现测量角度范围覆盖入射半球和发射半球的大部分,可对可见光谱段的高密度光谱取样和高效率的测量操作.对两个试样进行了BRDF测量,并给出数据,实验结果证明了系统的可用性.
A broadband gonioreflectometer for light scattering measurement is introduced, and a method of broadband bi-direction reflectance distribution function (BRDF) measurement is proposed. The gonioreflectometer incorporates a broadband white light source and a broadband detector with a diffraction grating and linear diode array, obtaining 400 - 700 nm BRDF measurements with a relative measurement method. The finished instrument is capable of combining wide angular coverage over the incidence/reflection hemisphere, dense sampling of the visible wavelength spectrum, and rapid operation. To prove the usability of the system, measured BRDFs on two samples are reported.
