摘要
用梯度反相高效液相色谱法测定阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片的含量。采用Hypersilo DS2色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);以磷酸盐缓冲液980mL(pH6.0),乙腈20mL,混合抽滤为流动相;流速为1.5mL/min;紫外检测波长为220nm。此条件下,阿莫西林和克拉维酸钾分离度良好,阿莫西林和克拉维酸的平均回收率分别为100.22%和100.12%,相对标准偏差为0.1%。本方法准确、可靠,分离度良好,可用于测定阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片含量。
To establish rp-hplc method for the determination of content of amoxicillin clavulanate potassium tablet.The Hypersilo DS 2 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was adopted,the system consisted of 980 mL phosphate buffer (pH 6.0),and 20 mL acetonitrile, and the mixed filtration was used as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.5 mL/min.The uv detection wavelength was set at 220 nm.Under these conditions, it showed a good resolution of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium. The average recoveries of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium are 100.22% and 100.12%. The relative standard deviation is 0.1%.This method with good separation is accurate and reliable, and could be used for the determination of content of amoxicillin clavulanate potassium tablet.
