基于情境树的组织外部知识可获取性研究

摘要 针对组织外部知识获取建模困难、评价机制不健全的问题,提出基于知识情境的组织外部知识可获取性评估方法.定义情境树并利用情境树描述组织外部知识情境,确定各情境构面及情境项;设定外部知识可获取性的状态区间,计算情境项和情境构面的模糊权重子集;建立评价矩阵,并通过分层计算的方法分析组织外部知识的可获取性.通过某汽车制造企业从汽修企业获取汽车故障知识的实例验证了该方法的有效性. A solution to evaluating the feasibility of KA (knowledge acquiring) from organization exterior is proposed to enhance efficiency of KA. Scenario tree is defined and used to describe the scenario of knowledge out organization. Scenario aspects and scenario items are confirmed and their fuzzy weight is afforded. Based on scenario tree, evaluating matrix is proposed and using it to computing the feasibility of KA out organization. An example is offered to validate the availability of this solution in KA form organization exterior.
