摘要
我国企业集团应建立集权为主的财务管理体制,将EVA作为企业集团财务管理目标,通过加强信息和财务组织的控制,建立集权为主的企业财务管理体制,优化企业财务管理.
The paper has proposed that we should establish a finance management system with centralization as the main-body, EVA as the objective, by way of strengthening control of information and finance organization, so as to establish a finance management system with centralization as the main-body and optimize corporate finance management.
