摘要
农村专业合作经济组织的发展在我国取得了长足的进步,有力推动了区域产业化建设进程,有效拉动了农村经济发展,促进了社会主义新农村建设的步伐。但是,成绩的背后,问题依然严重,尤其是财务管理不完善、不规范,相关财务管理制度落后等一系列问题制约了农村专业合作经济组织的进一步发展。对七台河市农村专业合作经济组织财务管理中存在的问题进行分析,认为应采取一些积极有效的措施,如充分发挥农业行政部门的主管地位和积极作用,切实做好财务公开等。
The development of rural special cooperate - economic organization has a great progress in China, It is not only driving the course of industrialization, stimulating the development of rural economy, but also promoting the building of new rural area of socialism. But, there are serious problems behind the back of achievement, especially the incomplete and nonstandard Financial Administration, financial control system falling behind and so on. These problems block further development of rural special cooperate - economic organization. This article which takes Qi Tai He as an example analyzes financial control problems of rural special cooperate - economic organization and suggests countermeasure.
