摘要
竞技健美操是在音乐的伴奏下,通过难度动作的完美完成,展示运动员连续表演复杂和高难度动作能力的运动。其成套动作的编排必须展示连续的动作组合与七种基本步伐的综合使用,并结合难度动作高质量地完成。成套动作编排的质量是运动员在比赛中取得优异成绩的关键。
Competitive aerobics, accompanied by music, exhibits athletes＇ ability to complete continuous, complicate and difficult actions. The scheduling of complete sets of action involves necessarily combinations of continuous actions and seven basic steps, together with the perfect completion of difficult actions. Such scheduling determines plays a key role in outstanding achievements in competition on the part of athletes
