摘要
对香料废水采用HPAM-混凝进行预处理,试验表明:单独使用HPAM有机絮凝剂处理香料废水效果不好,选用氯化铁作为助凝剂处理效果较好;HPAM-混凝的最佳反应条件:废水pH值为9,HPAM投加量为500mg/L,搅拌强度为100r/min,搅拌时间为10分钟,静置时间为60分钟,COD去除率可达43%左右.
Pre-Treatment of Perfume Wastewater by Using HPAM .Also the result showed that the removal effect of perfume wastewater is not better when chose cationic organic coagulant alone, so we chose chloride iron as coagulant aids to improve the removal efficiency. The influences of the amount of coagulant, pH value,stirring strength, stirring time and stewing time to removal effciency were investigated. The results that the removal efficiency of COD is about 43%when pH value is 9, the amount of HPAM is 500mg/L, stirring strength is 100r/min, stirring time is 10min and stewing time is 60min.
