摘要
文章在对孝感市旅游企业人力资源基本情况进行全面调查的基础上,分析了孝感市旅游企业员工职业培训的必要性,探讨了孝感市旅游企业员工职业培训的策略。
This paper analyzes the necessity of professional training of tourism enterprise staff in Xjaogan and discusses some strategies of it on the basis of complete survey of basic condition in human resources of xiaogan tourism enterprises.
